Roles and Responsibilities
Generate potential leads by market research and networking
Getting the product market fit
Meeting customers, and understanding their needs
Giving demos of the product and services
Closing the sales deal
Providing customers feedback to product development team
Follow up with customers
Attend conferences and exhibitions for networking and demos
Gather and analyze data regarding competitor pricing, products and their marketing strategies
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and marketing materials to potential clients
Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing tactics
Qualification and Skills
1-2 years of sales or business development experience in hardware product marketing in electronics/electrical industry, defense, construction industry, utility, robotics, etc
Must have BE/B-Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation. MBA from Tier 2 Business Schools/Universities is good to have
Strong established industry network
Regular interaction and physical meeting with potential customers
Extrovert and open for ideas
Strong understanding of marketing principles and methodologies
Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of web analytics tools like SEO, Google Analytics etc.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
